What does the success fee cover?

The success fee applies only to payments we directly recover — payments that failed and were subsequently captured through Retriev's retry or email flow. We track this precisely via Stripe webhooks.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. All plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. You only pay when you decide to continue.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

What if I recover more than my plan covers?

We'll notify you when you approach your plan limit. You can upgrade to the next tier to keep the lower success fee rate.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes. Annual billing gets a 20% discount on the flat monthly fee. Contact us to switch to annual.
